Good vision need Good diet





Research has shown that almost all newborn babies have normal eyes.All glasses and lenses weaken your eyes!They encourage you to use your eyes in the wrong way and therefore cause visual defects.Most corrective surgery does the same, it only treats the symptoms!

Protect Your Eyes From the Sun's Harmful Rays
UV rays can burn the cornea and damage internal components of the eye like the lens and the retina. This increases the risk of cataract and other eye disorders.
Some eye diseases, such as macular degeneration, have been linked to UV exposure.

Visit your Eye Doctor
You should visit your eye doctor for an eye exam at least once every one to two years to help maintain good eyesight.

eggs,milk,liver,Fresh vegetables ( Eat a carrot a day)

liver,lean meats,poultry,whole grains,eggs,cheese.

seafood, eggs, soybeans,peanuts,wheat germ,cheese.
