Avoid using loud alarm clocks

Posted by sulman at 9:46 PM 0 comments

It is very stressful on the body to be awoken suddenly. If you are regularly getting enough sleep, they should be unnecessary. I gave up my alarm clock years ago and now use a sun alarm clock. The Sun Alarm™ SA-2002 provides an ideal way to wake up each morning if you can't wake up with the REAL sun.Combining the features of a traditional alarm clock (digital display, AM/FM radio, beeper, snooze button, etc) with a special built-in light that gradually increases in intensity, this amazing clock simulates a natural sunrise. It also includes a sunset feature where the light fades to darkness over time - ideal for anyone who has trouble falling asleep.

To keep healthy, one has to take a nice bath daily. To cleanse and beautify whole body at one time, bathing is the only regime, which is followed all over the world.
Bath can be taken once or twice daily according to the climatic conditions of the place, skin type and the kind of work person is doing. Really,Your baby doesnot fall asleep in arms

Posted by sulman at 11:59 PM 0 comments

You really can't expect your newborn baby to follow a schedule, but you can provide such enviornment for him to become a better sleeper at night. You can do this by keeping baby around other people. Talk to him, and play with him.
When it is time for bed, many parents want to breastfeed a baby to help him/her fall asleep. However, be sure that the baby does not fall asleep in your arms. When the baby briefly awakens during a sleep cycle, he/she may not be able to go back to sleep on his own. Most experts recommend allowing a baby to become sleepy in your arms, then placing him/her in the bed while still awake. This way the baby learns how to go to sleep on his own.

If you want your baby to be able to fall asleep without your help, it is essential that you sometimes let your newborn baby suck until he is sleepy, but not totally asleep. When you can, remove the breast, bottle, or pacifier from his mouth and let him finish falling asleep without something in his mouth. When you do this, your baby may resist and fuss to regain the nipple. It's perfectly okay to give him back the breast, bottle, or pacifier and start over a few minutes later. If you do this often enough, he will eventually learn how to fall asleep without sucking.

Playing soft music while your baby is getting sleepy is also a good way to help establish a bedtime routine.

-Start your day off with a 20 minute walk.
-Add apples in your daily routine diet.
-Start your day off with twenty minutes of Yoga or Pilates.
-Substitute sweet potatoes for regular baked potatoes or fries.
-Get more fiber. Add canned beans or a handful of nuts to your salad.
-Take the stairs, not the elevator.
-Don't e-mail your office mate. Walk down the hall and deliver the message personally.
-If you feel depressed or sad, immediately find a friend to talk with.
-If you're in a healthy relationship, have sex at least once every 3 days.It can be critical to both mental and physical stability.
-Once a quarter, try something new.
-Chew gum. Pop a stick in your mouth, and you'll feel your stress levels sink. A recent study showed that frequent gum chewers had lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol.
-Lift weights while you watch TV. Use 3- to 5-pound hand weights or make your own by filling a plastic bag with cans,
-If you feel sluggish, get down on the floor and do some push-ups.
-If you can't sleep, take a sleeping pill. Sleep is critical to your overall well being. Just make sure not to take sleeping pills more than 3 days in a row.
